Hi, I'm Allison. I've been where you are.

I went through the recruiting process as a high school athlete, and when I got started I had no clue what I was doing. I questioned myself every step of the way: "is this highlight reel going to be good enough for a coach to see what I'm capable of?" "am I good enough to play at this school?" "what do I even say when I get on the phone with a coach?"

With a whole lot of persistence and a little bit of luck, I earned a full athletic scholarship to play D1 volleyball. Upon graduating college, I then coached at the college level for 6 years as an assistant and head coach. This is when I learned what I was missing in my own recruiting process: the exact framework that I will walk you through in this course. The exact framework that has helped countless athletes find the right fit for their college experience.

I designed this course to be everything I wish I knew before I started my recruiting process, and the information I know every athlete needs to find their opportunities at the next level.
